Previous Experience

Nkaiseng Khooe holds an LLB, LLM and Post graduate Diploma in Labour Law.She was admitted to the Free State Society of Advocates in 2013.Her preferred areas of practice include administrative and constitutional, corporate and commercial, competition, labour and tax law. She has appeared in the High Courts, the Supreme Court of Appeal, Constitutional Court, the Land Claims Court, Council for medical schemes, and the Competition Tribunal. She was also an evidence leader in the Mpati Enquiry and more recently Nkabinde Enquiry.
