Adv Bianca Loxton-Kamba

Previous Experience
I have over a decade of litigation experience acting for employers, employees, unions, state entities, and institutional clients in labour matters across the full spectrum of disputes — including dismissals, unfair labour practices, reviews, restraints, urgent applications, and complex motion work. I have also appeared in the Land Court on a number of land restitution matters. My practice also includes daily commercial litigation involving contractual and business‑related disputes. I am known for high‑level drafting — pleadings, complex applications, and heads of argument — that combine precision, clarity, and strategic insight. My experience as an Acting Judge of the Labour Court further strengthens the disciplined, jurisprudentially grounded approach I bring to every brief.
