Previous Experience
Phambuka has over the years acquired profound corporate experience and commercial acumen. Prior to being called to the Bar, he was an admitted attorney. He spent years as a Senior Associate with two of the recognised ‘Big 4 Audit Firms’ wherein he initially advised on matters relating to International Corporate Tax and later went on to advise mostly JSE-listed entities on matters relating to Tax, Legal and Corporate Governance within the ambit of executive remuneration
