Previous Experience

Seneke served articles of clerkship at the Law firm Garlicke and Bousfeld in Durban and was admitted as an attorney by the Natal Provincial Division of the High Court in March 1997.

He was then employed as an associate (professional assistant) at Mathe and Zondo Incorporated.

In March 1998, he started work as a legal advisor at the Department of Land Affairs in the Chief Directorate, Restitution Policy and Research.

He has been appointed as an acting judge in 2020 to 2022.

He was previously a member of  Society of Advocates with The Bridge Group of Advocates (The Bridge Group) until October 2019.

Education

- Degree in Social Science at the University of Cape Town. I majored in Political Science: 1991 - Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree at the University of Natal, Durban Campus (Howard College).

Land law, customary law, procurement, administrative law, constitutional law, labour law, family law, civil and commercial litigation.
